Certain features of the Platform require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing to our services, you authorize My Legal AI to charge your credit card on file on a recurring basis, specifically monthly, until you cancel your subscription. You agree to provide and maintain accurate and complete billing information, including a valid credit card. If your payment method fails or is declined, we may suspend your access to the services until the issue is resolved.
Your credit card will be charged automatically each month on the first of the month, or as otherwise specified in your subscription plan. The amount charged will be the then-current subscription fee, which may change upon 30 days' notice from My Legal AI. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by state law.
To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 15 days before the next billing date. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email to support@mylegalai.com or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to subscription-based services will be terminated, and no further charges will be made. There are no refunds for payments already made, except as required by law (e.g., California consumer protection laws).
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If your credit card expires or is updated, you must provide new card details to ensure uninterrupted service.

⚠️ PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT OR PURSUE CLASS ACTIONS.
(a) Agreement to Arbitrate: You and My Legal AI agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform (collectively, "Claims"), including those related to the sale or sharing of your personal data, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by this Agreement, except where state law permits litigation in court (e.g., California PAGA claims).
